Flip over with a horse in training

I had several accidents but my most recent one was pretty severe. I am a horse trainer and the mare I was training had issues with rearing up so in a split second I missed my opportunity to push her back down when she reared up and she flipped over on top of me, thanks to a safety vest and and my Troxel helmet, I walked away with just a few cracked ribs and bruises on my body. I highly advise as a trainer never ride any horse without a good helmet and a safety vest. It saved my life this time.
