Thanks to God and Troxel

On a beautiful Saturday morning I mounted my mother's thoroughbred, trained for 10 years in dressage. A mowing machine passed us on adjoining property and my horse spooked and bucked me straight in the air. I fell like an arrow, my feet directly over my head and landed on my head, rolled out of the way of the horse and lay in the ground in front of my Mom and others in agonizing pain, believing to be paralyzed and having a broken arm. The paramedics arrived, put me in a neck brace and I was examined at the hospital. Can you believe I walked away with only a sprained neck. Please everyone, always wear a helmet. I had just gone back to riding and only had the helmet 3 mos.
