Your warranty information card must be returned to qualify for the accident replacement program. The following information pertains to helmets purchased in North America only. For replacement information internationally please contact the authorized Troxel dealer or distributor in your local market.
Replacing damaged helmets is easy. Simply complete the form below and print it out. Send the printed form along with the following:
Damaged helmet
Original or copy of receipt
Signed and dated letter describing the accident
Check or Money Order if Credit Card information is not supplied
