The photo that I am uploading is just a cute Troxel helmet photo that my husband said would be a good Troxel commercial. My daughter has been riding for 4 years, mainly with our local, district, and state 4H programs. The picture that I am uploading is her 2009 District show. All kids are required to wear helmets when mounted. It took a few reminders when she first started, but now she reminds us that she needs her helmet before ever getting on her horse. I wish I had coined the phrase, “Every ride, every time,” because that is exactly the philosophy we practice at our house. Her forte is bareback equitation, so there have been a few spills while practicing for that class. Anyway, enjoy the picture. This is her third Troxel helmet. No other helmet that she tries on looks natural and fits as well as the Troxel helmet. We will be purchasing these helmets as long as she is riding.
You look great! It’s so nice to see a saddleseat rider wearing a helmet, too! I’ve been out of the show ring for a few years, but will definitely return with my saddle suit AND my Troxel helmet on.
